2. What this site is

The site provides general educational information about UK crypto-asset taxation and an introduction service that passes qualifying enquiries to a regulated accountancy firm. GMFBB Ltd is not an accountancy firm, tax adviser, or financial adviser and does not provide professional advice. Content on this site is general information only and is not advice to you.

3. Introductions

The introduction service is described in our Introduction Terms, which apply in addition to these terms when you submit an enquiry.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, submit false or abusive enquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the site's operation.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content belong to GMFBB Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written consent.

6. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites, including HMRC guidance, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep content accurate and current, including periodic review of guides, but tax law and HMRC practice change and we do not warrant that any content is complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the informational content of the site or from your engagement with any firm we introduce you to, which is a matter between you and that firm.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address and applies from publication.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you may also rely on mandatory protections of the country where you live, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, the courts of your home nation.
